Groups to Receive Notification of Proposed Changes in the Standards of Accreditation and Accreditation Operating Procedures	Janine	Jones	Board of Professional Affairs (BPA)	We see an issue with IR E.1-2. In that section, there is detailed naming of groups to receive notification of proposed changes to the Standards of Accreditation and the Accreditation Operating Procedures. It is notable that all of the groups are doctoral level groups and organizations. There does not seem to be any regard for Masters level allied organizations. In the section that is focused on APA governance, it appears that we have not considered or worked through how the APA organizational structure will be inclusive of Masters level providers. So that is apparent not only in the COA documents, but also with the ways in which the COA is collaborating with APA governance. So this is basically a "chicken or egg first" scenario... who includes the voices of masters level providers first? APA governance or COA? As we navigate into the world of accrediting Master's programs, we should plan for the implementing regulations to be inclusive.
