There are a few competencies in which separating out the levels of training leads to a lack of clarity within the IR. One example is the first element under Supervision in IR C-8 I. It would be more clear to state that interns are expected to apply "knowledge of supervisory theories" rather than "this knowledge." As written, it is unclear exactly to what "this knowledge" refers.
